Artist Bio:

Will Donaldson is a multi-disciplinary artist exploring the intersection of technology, nature, and mathematics. He creates sculptures using wood, mechanics, LEDs, and even the occasional robot. Will has a particular interest in creating kinetic sculptures that visually demonstrate the underlying beauty in mathematics, physics, and parametric design.

Education for Artists:

I’m passionate about STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), please reach out if you are interested learning how to use technology to create your own interactive artwork. I offer tutoring and teach courses through ByteSize Robotics, and I also teach classes at TheEgg Arts Society.

Collaboration:

I am actively looking for local (Vancouver, BC) artists interested in collaborating. I am particularly passionate about interdisciplinary work, so if you are a musician, woodworker, tattoo artist, machinist, or fashion designer, and my art, robotics, or electronics projects interest you then please reach out. I think we could create something interesting.
